INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: we will not provide a refund on the product(s) or the shipping costs of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused or seized by customs due to regulations, taxes, duties or tariffs or any kind. 


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIP-TO ADDRESS: If you provide an incorrect shipping address for your order, and your package gets returned to ST. TROPICA for that reason, and you request a refund: only a limited, partial refund shall apply, which excludes actual shipping costs incurred by ST. TROPICA, plus a 5% (of gross order value) restocking/e-comm recovery fee (with a $5.00 minimum).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

ORDER CANCELLATION OR ADJUSTMENT

We strive to process your order immediately after you click the “COMPLETE ORDER” button. Because our system commences order processing immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once placed (submitted). Please know that as soon as an order is placed, we instantly incur irreversible fees, such as e-commerce transaction fees, payment processing/gateway fees and so on.  *If a Holiday or weekend is involved, and you wish to cancel an order, and you notify us right away, and we can possibly get to it before it ships, we will make an exception and refund your order, less a 5% (of gross order value) restocking/recovery fee; with a $5.00 minimum fee being applicable in any case.  Additionally, once an order is placed, products or quantities may not be edited. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

We typically ship Monday-Friday and strive to process orders within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will process the next business day.

All packages are shipped via DHL or similar carriers (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS). The service provides delivery confirmation for all orders. Delivery times are estimated below from the time your order leaves our processing center.

DOMESTIC

We are able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. For US Domestic Standard please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, and for US Domestic Express please allow 2-6 business days for delivery, from the time the order leaves the processing center.

INTERNATIONAL

We are currently able to ship to most countries worldwide, as defined in our online shopping cart and/or check out page(s). We ship using DHL or similar carriers (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS).  Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery, from the time the order leaves our processing center. 

*PLEASE NOTE: The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes ST. TROPICA to import the goods on his or her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his or her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

The purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs or third party handling fees which may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties for or on your behalf. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those regulations. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the Customs Department for your country permits the shipment of our products to your country and what duties or tariffs may or may not be applicable to your shipped order upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the product(s) or the shipping costs of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused or seized by customs due to regulations, taxes, duties or tariffs or any kind.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ST. TROPICA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon validated written inquiry, ST. TROPICA will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION

The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct and complete mailing address. Please be certain the delivery address information entered into our secure order form is correct in its entirety, before finalizing & placing your order. Once an order has shipped we cannot be responsible for errors in shipping addresses nor can we be responsible for goods delivered to incorrect addresses. If a Domestic or International package(s) is returned to ST. TROPICA due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery cost which would require prepayment prior to re-delivery. ST. TROPICA is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by purchaser.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain shipment tracking details. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. US Domestic Standard Mail: please allow 3-7 business days for orders to arrive once shipped.  US Domestic Express: please allow 2-5 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please allow 10-15 business days once shipped, for International Standard Mail. If you attempt to track your package within 48 hours after it is ordered and no information is available about your package, this is because the carrier has not yet processed or scanned your package. When the package is scanned you will be able to see the tracking information. Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package.

*PLEASE NOTE: For International orders, while tracking numbers are provided, carriers may not allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered.

COUPON CODES, PROMO CODES, DISCOUNT CODES

ST. TROPICA may cancel or discontinue any published coupons, coupon codes, promotional (promo) codes, or discount codes without notice at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.
