Refunds

TROPICA Tru Bloom Hair Growth Shampoo & Conditioner for a full refund, for any reason, in the original bottle along with any remaining product inside. We must receive it within 100 days of the original purchase date, in order for a refund to be issued. We strongly recommend using a mail service which includes tracking (such as USPS Priority), as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received at our warehouse. If you send your bottle back without tracking, and we don't receive it, no refund will be issued.

- Your return must include your ST. TROPICA order number, date of order, your first & last name, your mailing address, telephone number & email address.
- Upon receipt of your return within the 100 day time allowance, a full 100% refund of your purchase price will be issued to your original form of payment used at purchase.
- Only one (1) refund is allowable per person, per order, in a lifetime. "Per person" will be determined at the sole discretion of ST. TROPICA (taking into consideration such things as: first & last name, mailing address, email address, payment method, phone number, etc).

- INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIP-TO ADDRESS: If you provide an incorrect shipping address for your order, and your package gets returned to ST. TROPICA for that reason, and you request a refund: only a limited, partial refund shall apply, which excludes actual shipping costs incurred by ST. TROPICA, plus a 5% (of gross order value) restocking/e-comm recovery fee (with a $5.00 minimum).
